ZTL Map is an iOS app that shows Italian Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL) restricted-traffic zones on a live map. It highlights zone boundaries, shows active enforcement windows, and warns you before you enter a restricted area — so you never get an unexpected fine.
ZTL Map covers 200+ Italian cities including Rome, Florence, Milan, Bologna, Naples, Turin, Venice, and many more. Coverage is expanded regularly.
Tap any zone on the map to see its schedule. Active zones are highlighted in red; inactive zones appear in grey. The app uses your device clock to determine current status — no internet needed for this check.
The free tier shows zone boundaries for all cities. Pro subscribers get real-time proximity alerts, route planning that avoids ZTL zones, and offline zone data.
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → ZTL Map → Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Zone data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and official municipal datasets. If you spot an error, email us at support@obraos.com with the city and zone name, and we’ll issue a correction in the next data refresh.
An internet connection is needed for the initial zone data download and for updates. Once downloaded, basic zone-boundary checks work offline. Pro subscribers can pre-download zones for full offline use.
Make sure Location Services are enabled: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → ZTL Map → set to “While Using the App” or “Always”.
